Parent Educators, who are licensed/degree/or certified social work or social service professionals, provide the support, education, and encouragement parents need to help their children develop optimally during the crucial early years of life. PAT is an effective and proven model in preventing child abuse and neglect, increasing school readiness, and improving the health and well-being of parents and their children.

It is our belief that children’s parents are their first and most influential teachers and that all children will learn, grow, and develop to realize their full potential.  The early years of a child’s life are critical for optimal development and provide the foundation for success in school and life.
